Elton John and Premier McGuinty Headline TSA Designed and Managed Event

TSA was delighted to celebrate a major investment in the Starz Animation Studio in Toronto with Sir Elton John, Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty and Robert Clasen, Chairman and CEO of Starz on Monday, May 26.
TSA’s government relations efforts were instrumental in securing a $23 million investment in the studio by the Government of Ontario under its Next Generation of Jobs Fund.
TSA also designed and managed the announcement event, including management of media relations. Domestic and international print media coverage of the event exceeded 10 million impressions while video coverage totals multiple hours in Canada, the U.S. and Europe and is still being collected. The TSA team was headed by Jennifer Rideout, and included Lisa Stilborn and Kïrsten Fraser leading the GR team and Alison Reed and Miranda Germani handling media relations.
Starz Media, LLC, is a programming production and distribution company operating worldwide. Its units create animated and live-action programming, including theatrical films. Sir Elton is the Producer of the upcoming feature Gnomeo & Juliet currently being animated by Starz Animation Toronto for Miramax.
