Kirsten FraserKïrsten Fraser has a deep understanding of the policy and regulatory processes of the federal and Ontario governments.  Bilingual, with strong written and oral communications skills, Kirsten is active on many of TSA’s more complex accounts.

Kïrsten leads TSA’s work with the Chicken Farmers of Ontario, where she is responsible for tracking and analyzing a wide range of issues and policies at both the federal and provincial level.  She also works with the Railway Association of Canada, Starz Entertainment, Ubitech Systems, the John Howard Society of Ontario, and the Coalition for Canadian Astronomy.

Prior to joining TSA, Kïrsten served as advisor to the Hon. Sandra Pupatello, currently Ontario’s Minister of International Trade and Investment, for whom she managed stakeholder relations and regional issues. At the federal level she served in the office of former Industry Minister John Manley.

Kïrsten has successfully designed and executed grassroots strategies in support of client interests.  She also is experienced in developing and executing workshops and roundtables on contentious and important emerging issues. In advance of significant policy changes at the Ontario Ministry of Community and Social Services, Kïrsten developed and managed provincial roundtables to garner input from stakeholders that shaped the scope of the policy.

Kïrsten has been involved on numerous federal and provincial election campaigns, where she helped organize leaders’ tours, coordinated grassroots campaigns and spearheaded fundraising efforts at the local and provincial levels.

A lifelong resident of Ottawa, Kïrsten is an avid skier and enjoys sailing on the Ottawa River.  She is active in a number of Ottawa area volunteer organizations and is a member of the Ottawa Junior Chamber of Commerce. She studied Political Science and Law at Carleton University.
